Penny's owner is moving out of the country at the end of July and this dear dog needs a new home. Penny is a Tibetan Terrier mix. She is 4 years old, spayed, up to date on her shots and weighs 22lbs. She is housetrained. Penny's current owner rescued her from a shelter and right away it was evident she had suffered abuse - with patience and love, Penny has come a long way. As a result, she needs to be placed with an experienced dog owner. She would not suit a family with young children. Penny is not a "cuddler" but she does like attention and scratches on her head. She will bark if left on her own. An ideal home for Penny would be with someone who is home most of the time. She loves playing with balls and squeaky toys. She is a very good walker.
