Peony

Hi! I’m Peony! I’m a tripod! Don’t worry I get around just fine. I’m super smart! I can sit, stay, lay down, walk great on my leash, and I have a pretty great recall! My foster mom says I’m the best dog ever. She said she loves me so very much but she wants to help more dogs so I have to find my forever family. She said lots of dogs like me die every day and once I find a home she can save some of them too. I want to help her save more dogs like me so I’m trying to be as cute and as good as possible so I can find my people. I really like when I make her happy. She gets excited when she calls my name and I run to her. She says I’m the best girl in the world. I like it when she tells me that. I have a big smile and everyone loves that about me. I came to my foster mom when I was a baby but because of my condition then I had to stay with the rescue a little longer than most pups. But now I’m ok. I went to my first big event and did such a good job. Foster mom says I was perfect. I really love to snuggle but I’m a blanket stealer. Wrapping myself up like a burrito is my favorite. I’m good for bath time great for my nails and even let my foster mom paint my nails. I like kids but, foster mom says I like to be playful with my mouth and sometimes I don’t want to share my toys. What? There my toys aren’t they? Any who, I need a home with someone who won’t get mad that I don’t want to share my food or my toys. I’ve been working on it and I understand leave it, I’m doing well this. I hope I can find my forever home soon so I can get started on my new life. I really enjoy sleeping in and snuggling in the warm bed!
