Oh no everyone... Pepe just hit his 1 year anniversary at the shelter. Though Pepe loves being here and sees the shelter as his home and our staff and volunteers as family, we know this loveable dude deserves to live the high life and should be spoiled in a real home! If you know someone looking for an adorable, adoptable dog, have them check out Pepe! Name: Pepe Le Pew Age: 6 years young Preferences: Good with teens, does well with energetic dogs, not a fan of cats (too fun to chase) Hobbies: Doing zoomies all over, playing in the pool (piggy dippin in the piggy pond), and making new friends Nicknames: Pepe, Pep in your step, and P.P. Pepe was abandoned in his home in July of 2023. We got word that his owner was coming back to get him from the shelter, but sadly that day never came. Pepe has been with us ever since, but we know his perfect family is out there somewhere! Pepe is a joy to be around and is always smiling. He loves being around people, playing in play groups, and of course living it up in our puppy pools! Pepe would thrive in a family who also loves the pool, lake, or river in the summer months.
