Pepper is a female Pitbull mix who is looking for a new home. She came to the shelter as stray so we do not have any information about her past. She was microchipped but the chip was not registered. She is a absolute doll baby with people, and gets along well with other dogs. We are not sure how she is with cats, or small children. Pepper walks well on a leash and seems to be house-trained. If interested in meeting her please call 419-294-4477 Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm to schedule an appointment.
***Our adoption process is done in two steps . Your first trip to the shelter will include visiting with the animal and if you choose to do an adoption, all the paperwork will be completed at this time and the adoption will be paid for. The second trip will be to pick the animal up once it is spayed or neutered, micro chipped etc and ready to go home. All of our animals are spayed/neutered BEFORE they leave the shelter. Because of our strict return policy if an adopter cannot keep an adopted pet, adoptions to homes more than 100 miles away will be considered on a case by case basis.
