Pepper is a super sweet heeler mix puppy, about 6 months old. He is very puppyish so will need an active home, or a doggie playmate, and I would highly recommend a crate if you don't have a dog proof room cause he is a typical puppy. He is very smart, as are most heelers, and loves to play play play, at home or the dog park. He is almost house trained but that's with a dog door so will probably need some good follow up. He already goes for bike rides with me (although you must limit the time on these with puppies because of their immature structures), comes when off leash, already learning to drop toys on command, and knows to sit and wait for food (well we almost have that down). He came to us from someone who witnessed him getting dumped from a car and yet he bears no ill feelings toward anyone. He is already a pretty good watchdog, and very well behaved in his crate.
