Peppy was found as a stray with a signed tied around his neck that said "free puppy." One of our amazing fosters stepped up to take him in and make sure he is safe.
Peppy is just a little guy at about 8 pounds, is about 9 weeks old, and is just the cutest! The vet expects Peppy to be on the smaller side at about 25-30 pounds. He is working on basic commands and doing well with house training. He is looking for his forever home!
