Hi there. My name is Persephone. I have been in foster care with this nice rescue since I was 9 weeks old. Several of my siblings have been adopted, so why not me? Well, it may be because I am very fearful of lots of things such as unfamiliar situations, new people or animals, and loud noises. Because of this, I will bark and carry on but really I just want away from the new situation. I need my new family to have patience and understanding. I need rules and structure and lots of love. Slow introductions to new people and animals is a must. If you are looking for a loyal friend, I will love my person forever. I just need some help in dealing with the rest of the world.
