Well howdy folks, my name is Pete and I'm just a good ol' boy! I'm a bit reserved around some people at first, but once I warm up to you, I'm the best friend you could ever ask for in this world. I love nothing more than spending time with my humans, going for long walks and getting all the snuggles I can handle. When we're out for a walk, I walk really well on a leash once I get my energy out. But don't worry, I won't pull you all over the place. I like to take my time and explore all the smells and sights around me. Now, let me tell you, I am the neatest boy in the world. I never mess up my blankets or my kennel. I like to keep everything neat and tidy, just like a good ol' southern gentleman should. But here's a secret: I think I'm a lap dog. That's right, when I'm really excited, I'll start tippy toe tapping around and just can't resist the urge to jump right up on your lap.
