Hi everybody! My name is Peter and I am a 5 year old 12 lb shih tzu boy looking for my perfect and forever home. Foster mom says I am a little gentleman and am as loving as can be despite my humble beginnings. My former life consisted on being in a crate most of the day as I belonged to a backyard breeder. Thankfully, she wanted to "lower her numbers" and reached out for help in rehoming some of us...I was one of the lucky ones that went to FCCR!!!! Yayyyyy...I am one happy boy!!! I get along great with everyone including dogs and cats ...but I most like my human!
