Check out that gorgeous white coat and that cute patch over eye -- he could easily be in the movies with his looks. Petey was rescued from the mean streets of Houston where he was living behind an Autozone in Northeast Houston. He was spotted by a kind lady that works in the area and some kind volunteers went out there and rescued him (actually, he just leapt into the car and was ready to start a new life where he would be loved forever and never have to live on the streets again!). Petey appears to be a lab/Staffordshire terrier mix of sorts. He is neutered and up to date on all of his shots. He is also (amazingly) heartworm negative! He just needs a family of his own. He is very sweet and gets along with other dogs. Can you open your heart and home to this sweet boy? Due to a shortage of foster homes, poor Petey is having to be kenneled and is need of a foster home that can keep him until he finds his forever home.
