She survived life on the streets as a stray She survived heartworm and the treatment to get rid of it. She survived raising her puppies and after they were weaned and went off to rescue and she was left behind, she survived a time stamp that put her in danger of being euthanized simply because she was too shy. She has also survived learning to live a whole new life with strangers who earned her trust so they feel like family to her. But Petunia needs a family of her very own to love her and help her gain the confidence she needs to fully experience all that life has to offer.
