Check out my primary photo - aren't I handsome???? That is my favorite photo because it was taken on my "freedom ride" from the shelter to the rescue. I was so very, very grateful to my wonderful volunteer friend who fell in love with me at the shelter and promised to bring me to AGPR. Wait - I forgot to mention my name! It is Peyton...my wonderful volunteer friend decided to name me after her favorite retired quarterback. I'm honored... Why was I turned into a shelter? My paperwork says the it was because I was NOT a hypoallergenic dog and the apartment rent was raised because I was there. I'm so happy to be at AGPR - I have my own room, a charming outdoor exercise run buddy by the name of Louise (she's really cute and fun) and yummy food and air conditioning. Oh, and did I mention all the awesome volunteers who come out to spend time with me? I need to be honest...I do need to improve my leash walking skills. But we are working on that. My dream is to find a loving family with a nice yard. Will that be you? All Great Pyrenees require a fenced-in yard (at least four foot high).
