Phil, or "Philly-Cheese" as he is affectionately known, came to us from the streets of the Central Valley. When he first arrived at his foster home, it was clear that he had never been cared for and loved, but after one short week he blossomed into an energetic playful loving pup whose favorite time of the day is breakfast and dinner! Phil loves his foster brothers and is learning a lot from them. His foster home is working on basic training so he will be a super good boy. He loves all humans, whether familiar or strangers and hasn't shown any aggression at all. Phil is potty trained, sleeps quietly in a crate all night and walks on a leash but could use more experience as he probably hasn't had opportunities in his past life.
