Lucky for them the individual who discovered them couldn't bear to leave them there so they are now fostering the litter. Phillip and the rest of his litter are now learning about love. Despite Phillip's beginning he is a typical pup, friendly, affectionate, loyal, gentle, playful, smart, funny and athletic and to us the best thing is he LOVES kisses...all the good stuff.
