Phillip is what everyone needs in their life, instant gratification and instant happiness. Our boy is a perfect puppy but there is just one catch - he has a blood clotting disorder, he bleeds easily and once he begins bleeding it doesn’t stop (Hemophilia A). Phillip is 6 months and 15 lbs of fun!
