Say hello to Phoebe!! Phoebe is a 8-9 week old female bullie mix. She was found abandoned in a parking lot with her siblings. Luckily they all foster a rescue and Phoebe is thriving!
Phoebe, like the character on Friends, is a loving, bubbly and goofy puppy. She enjoys cuddling with her foster family and siblings. She is constantly making her foster parents laugh! Phoebe is doing great with other dogs and cats. She is learning the important manners all puppies should know and is picking up on them quickly.
