Phoebe is a sweet, shy girl. Another rescuer reached out to us to see if we could help this puppy mill momma. Sometime in her past she was injured and her leg was broken-although healed (XRays done)-it was not set properly so she has a bit of a limp and her leg is not as it should be. Phoebe has been in a foster home learning to be out of a crate and how to be a dog. Her foster Mom reports she is still leery of humans, but so much better than when she was rescued, has even learned to walk on a leash. Phoebe is a completely different pup when with a confident, friendly dog- her foster cousin has enticed her to actually run and play! This pup is up to date with vaccines and spayed. She will need a fenced in yard and loads of patience and understanding.
