My name is PHOEBE. I am an adult Miniature Poodle Mix. I can't believe how wonderfully different my new life is since my rescue.
When I came to foster care, everything was so new, especially the outdoors with soft grass under my feet and the warm sunshine. Human affection was so welcome to experience. I was even given my
name by my Hiawatha Animal Humane Society foster mom. She also now calls me her “good girl” a lot as well!
I absolutely love belly rubs. I consider them my best treats of all!
I am used to being around a lot of other dogs and so I hope to have a loving forever home with another resident dog who will play with me and keep me company sometimes.
I have a very calm and sweet nature and have now learned my indoor manners and have also discovered I love to go on leash walks.
As you can see by my photo I like playing in the yard in my little sun bonnet! I run around in the grass with a smile on my face.
Squeaky toys are also lots of fun to play with too!
I have been fully vetted and also microchipped.
