I am 7 years old and weigh 25 pounds (could afford to loose a few pounds). I need a new home because my owner could no longer care for me. I am being fostered in Mankato, MN. I live with other dogs now in foster care but do sometimes get jealous. I have lived as an only child prior to this so getting use to the sharing thing. I do play with the male bostons in the house once in a while. I really love treats and not much for my chew bones or toys. I really really don't like my crate and I'm very vocal when you put me in there, might be best if you don't put me in there. I sleep in the bed or on the floor in my bed. I need a lot of love and attention. I do snore loud. I’m also super nervous and need to be reassured that I’m your favorite gal. I really like to be by my foster mom or dad and not let them out of my sights. I am looking for a very patient, forever family who would love to give me lots of cuddles and attention. All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption. MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing. MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
