Phoenix is a young playful, wire-haired girl born in November of 2023. Her coat is tricolored, with mostly tan legs and a black/brown body. Phoenix has a sweet face adorned with wiry facial hair and attentive eyes. Her Foster Family said she was a playful girl who loved activity. Phoenix is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and ready for her permanent loving home.
