Phyllis was brought in as a stray and is estimated to be about 5 years old. She is very calm and quiet in her kennel. When she comes out of her kennel, she has a pep in her step and lets her personality show. She is fairly low energy and she likes other dogs. She loves cuddles and affection. Phyllis is a kennel staff favorite!
