Meet Picasso! This miniature poodle mix came into the Shelter as a stray. Staff have observed that he is bubbly, energetic and loves to run around. He has interacted with other dogs during playgroup (small and large) and is happily interested in other pups. We dont history of Picasso with cats or children.
