Meet our beautiful Pinto! She came to be with us, along with 4 of her housemates after her owner was found deceased when a health check was done. All dogs were is horrible condition and needed vet care. She is guessed to be approx. 8yrs of age. Weighing approx. 48lbs. She has arthritis and when she first arrived would not stand up and walk around. It was discovered she also had a pyometra which was making her sick on top of the pain. Once this was taken care of she found her second wind and is much more active. She will not be running marathons but does like her walks. Will gladly jump up on to the sofa and snuggle in! She is on supplements for the arthritis and doing very well. From her foster mom: Pinto is housebroken and has not had any accidents in the house. She walks good on leash . She's very vocal when it comes to her wanting to play or wanting attention. She loves to snuggle right next to you on the couch . She loves children. I'm not sure about cats as we do not have any cats . She does bark at our other dogs but can get along with them. She loves to baby/mother her toys. She is always smiling and greets with wagging tail. She does have some issues with her back legs(arthritis). She's a very affectionate, loving dog!
