PONCHO WOULD DO BEST IN A SINGLE FAMILY HOME (NO APARTMENTS) THAT HAS AN EXISTING PLAYFUL DOG HIS SIZE/ENERGY (NO LARGE BREEDS) Meet Cutie Patootie Poncho This sweet and spunky 8 pound, 1.5 year old (as of October 2023) teeny chiweenie is the life of any party because he likes to have fun and play, play play.  We are still getting to know him but what we can say for sure is that he has a good temperament and he's friendly and affectionate with people. He would do best in a home with another young, playful dog his size and with his speed. He lives with a foster who works from home and he doesn't like to be alone for long periods of time, so an adopter who also works from home would be ideal for him. At six months old, Poncho is at the age to start training and he’s super smart. We are looking for a home that has the time to devote to a puppy. He has all the makings of a good canine citizen. Poncho is dewormed and deflead and has his first round of vaccines. He will be neutered and microchipped for adoption.
