Meet Pongo!
Poor Pongo has been waiting for a family for over two years. He was found as a stray and brought to a Houston shelter. Unfortunately, he found himself on the euthanasia list. We swooped in to save this handsome boy.
He is now around 4 years old and 48lbs, He has been staying in boarding but tries so hard to keep his kennel clean. He loves toys and treats and seems to do well with some of the dogs in his boarding facility.
What hinders Pongo's chances is that he is afraid of strangers BUT when he knows you he adores you and is the best behaved boy.
We know it's a big ask, but Pongo has a family out there and we know it. He will require a few meet and greets at his boarding facility. We will even pay for a training package with the owner/trainer there.
