My Story

Ponyo is a lively and outgoing brown terrier mix with a friendly and playful personality. She loves to play fetch, although in the process of learning to bring it back to you. Loves to play with other dogs and make new friends. She is quick to warm up to new dogs and humans. Ponyo is always eager to explore new surroundings and engage in outdoor activities with her owners. She is loyal and affectionate companion who brings joy and excitement to her family's daily life. Pony's short, stubby legs may not make her the tallest pup, but she has a giant personality that makes up for it! She is crate trained and doing well with the house training. She is approx. 6 months old and weighs 20 lbs. Pony has been spayed and fully vetted, so she is ready for her new home. If you are ready for slobbery kisses and a lifetime of love, this is your girl! [email protected] The process includes an application and adoption fee is $300 The money collected covers any medical treatments the dog may have had while in our care. All of our dogs are altered (spayed/neutered), have had all shots (age appropriate in the case of puppies) including Bordetella (kennel cough), rabies, and the distemper/parvo series. Dogs have been heart worm screened and are heart worm negative, have had a clear fecal exam and are up to date on Frontline and Heartgard. Adopters will receive copies of all vet records, rabies certification, and tags. The adoption fee also covers all transport and health certificate costs we incur. Dogs from out of state travel on USDA inspected humane, healthy, & sanitary animal transport professionals. Disclaimer: Please note that the breeds posted on our dogs' biographies are our best guess based on years of working with rescue dogs. Adopters who need to know the exact breed or mix of breeds of a particular dog must have the dog's DNA tested at their own expense.
