Meet beautiful Poppy! This adorable girl escaped the Bakersfield shelter redlist, right before the 4th of July. We were only able to save her thanks to our incredible friends at Pawparazzi in Chatsworth. They took in a few dogs from rescues they trust, to keep them safe temporarily and avoid the mass euthanasia at shelters during the 4th.
Poppy has quickly become a staff favorite. Shes sweet, silly, affectionate and adorable. Shes great with dogs and people of all ages. All she wants is her very own home, and shes patiently waiting for it!
