I’m Poppy and my foster mama describes me as a goofy girl with a big personality, but in a small package. You see, I’m a 2 year old, 30lb girl PACKED full of energy and annoying positivity (just like my foster mama)! So if you don’t mind taking a seat and staying a while to listen, that would be AWESOME! My life started a little rough, well – kinda. I was an o-u-t-s-i-d-e dog. But don’t get it twisted, those humans kept me up-to-date on a vaccines, kept me on preventatives, and even had me spayed and chipped! They just… kept me outside. One day, they decided that they wanted to move to a place where they couldn’t take me, and that’s how I ended up at this…… this…. I don’t even know how to describe it. This place is PHENOMENAL! Here in my foster home, I have two acres that has an invisible fence (that I’m FULLY TRAINED TO) so I can run and play! Me and my foster sister, Baylee, run and chase birds and squirrels together, and explore the woods together. There is so much to do here! My foster mom and dad throw the squeaky ball and I loooooooooooooooooove to fetch it so they can throw it for me again. But when I’m done, I’m done. I’m down for the three S’s: Snacks, Snuggles, and Sleep. My foster dad is super sweet, but he kinda scares me. It’s nothing he did, it’s just – I dunno. Guys didn’t always love me like they should’ve. But guys… he’s trying so hard! I know that the right guy will win my heart! So now it’s time that I find my forever family. Could you be it?
