Her adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccines, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm test (if over 9 months old), and kept up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
If you are interested in adopting Poppy, you may fill out an application at www.tlchs.org or you are welcome to make a Match Making appointment to come out and meet him first. We are open Tuesday - Sunday 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
