Meet Poppy! This young, sweet pit bull terrier mix is ready to join your pack. She can be shy and a little nervous at first, but once she warms up, she is a total snuggle bug. She is timid around men, but is getting better since spending time in her foster home with a young man (who is now her favorite buddy). Slow integration to new dogs is a must, but once settled in, she does great with other dogs. In fact, she really enjoys playing with her foster families dogs. She has also done very well with young kids but all introductions need to be slow to give Poppy time to adjust to new situations. She is a lover and a snoozer! That alarm clock isn't going to stir her in the morning. So, if you are looking for a partner for a nap or a weekend sleep in, this is your girl. Poppy can't wait to meet you and begin making new memories with you.
