Prancer

Meet Prancer! Prancer is an incredibly sweet and loving young male foxhound. At just 2 years old, he is a high energy pup who loves to run and play outside, especially with his doggy friends. Prancer can be a bit shy with new people or new environments, but warms up quickly and once you earn his trust, he will show you his heart of absolute gold. He is sweet as sugar and absolutely loves to just be pet and loved on. He will sometimes stop during walks just to get in some cuddle time and it couldn't be any cuter! He is not totally house broken and is still learning basic commands, leash etiquette, etc. and therefore would benefit from a sort of 'Basics 101' training plan. He has already improved immensely in his time with us. Because he is also a bit shy, potential adopters should be confident with introverted dogs and plan to help build his confidence. He can be a little jumpy and excited at times, so a home with children 5+ would probably be best. He is good with other dogs, but definitely has puppy-like energy that the other dog(s) would have to be okay with. A meet-and-greet is required. We're unsure about cats or other small animals.
