Preacher

Sweet chunky boy Preacher has just turned a year old, growing up in the shelter. He is so sweet and teaching him how to dog has been funny and adorable; just like him! On his first real walk I had to hoist him across the parking lot. Then when he landed on grass and saw his kennel mate walking on a leash just fine, he jumped all in! He has made several dog friends and is good with large dogs, excited dogs, and puppies! (He gets yard access daily, but hasn't been taken on many real walks with a collar or harness) Preacher is so eager to learn: leash walking, manners on not jumping, basic commands he's excited and catching on! This boy has a little chunk to him so he makes the BEST snuggle buddy!! He loves head scratches while his head is on your lap! Heartworm negative!The first step in our adoption process is an application. Once that is received, we will contact you to make an appointment to meet the animal.
