PRINCE

Prince is a handsome brindle boy who lived in one home since he was just knee high to a grasshopper. Actually, hes only about a year and a half old so hes still pretty much a baby! Princes former family said that he loves kids and is very gentle with them. They described him as playful and affectionate and said that hes very smart and knows sit and paw. Prince was crate and housetrained in his former home, likes car rides, likes to play fetch, and loves cuddles and attention from his people. Here's what volunteers at the shelter have said: Prince is a handsome boy. He had an amazing play session with his kennelmate today; he took corrections from her well. It was really great to see how well they played together. Prince is still a puppy and would benefit from the love and attention of an active home. I was able to spend time with Prince and his kennelmate in a yard and I was so impressed by him. He was so super sweet and just wanted to be near me. He liked to have his front paws on me and would stand on his back legs giving me hugs. He was not obnoxious or pushy about it though, and he would get down and sit when asked. When I had Prince pose for photos, he loved to show his bottom teeth and takes the cutest pics. He was great with his kennelmate in the yard but is also very people oriented. Prince is a young guy who I think would be a quick learner and great companion in an active home. During a brief adoption Prince did well with other resident dogs and was described as goofy, clumsy, and prone to running the best zoomies! His people said he is a very loving puppy and a great dog who loves attention and thinks hes a lap dog. Prince has been playful and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Hed like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure its a good fit and is looking for a home without cats.
