Meet Prince! He's a boy so sweet you'll have to give him a KISS. When he's not around he'll leave you crying so much it's like (purple) rain. So put on your (raspberry) beret and head on to ACCT Philly to see him! He's a sweet and shy boy who is terrified in the shelter. He's available for adoption and foster at ACCT Philly. He's sooo sweet and so scared in this loud environment. He was wagging when i went to leash him and allowed leashing no issues, but then when it was time to walk he got super scared and cowered to the floor. I ended up carrying him outside and back inside at the end because he really didn't want to walk. He loves treats and took them super gently. Very cuddly boy and very insecure. He looks to his handler very frequently for comfort. Very skinny. Didn't show much interest in toys today. Sweet boy and so loving! Per staff 6/18/24: Easy to leashPrince was by the kennel door and with a wagging tail and soft eyes. He allowed the handler to loop him through the leash and came out easily. He pancaked as soon as he went onto the kennel floor. Leash skills: Pancaked once outside of kennel door. He allows you to pick him up and carry him Handleability: Prince is a very scared and cuddly boy. Once in the eval room, he hid right under the handlers feet, making himself small, and pushing his body into her. He climbed up and sat in the handler lap whining for awhile. He continued to try to hide inside both handlers arms and legs. We enticed him with some treats that he took so gently. He laid down for most of the eval and was very sweet. Prince remained tolerate to all touch and showed us how cute his little face is !! Per staff 6/17/24 Both dogs appear to be a bonded pair Both dogs appear very social and sweet.
