Female - chi/aussie mix - 5 mo old - currently 14 lbs - UTD on vaccines - not yet old enough to be fixed
Adoption fee: $450 which inclues initial distemper vaccines and spay/neuter at our local vet at 6 months old (if you are not local, you will need to pay the adoption fee and with proof of spay/neuter at your vet, we will refund $100 of the adoption fee)
IF you rent, we MUST have permission from your landlord before your application will even be reviewed
IF you have other pets, they MUST be fixed and UTD on vaccines and you must contact your vet so that they will release your information to us (if you do not meet these requirements, we cannot approve your application) - we CAN bypass calling your vet if you have receipts or paperwork stating your pet(s) are fixed and UTD on vaccines
