My Story

Our rescue pulled Princess from an NC shelter to save her from euthanasia. She was adopted to a wonderful lady and Princess quickly adapted and really enjoyed playing with her new doggy brother. Several months later, her adopter was diagnosed with a terminal illness and sadly Princess needs to find a new home. Here is how Princess would be described: Hi there. I’m Princess, a lovely, social girl rescued from euthanasia at a full shelter. I’m about 2 1/2 years old, a compact 43 pounds, and spayed. I’m healthy and current on preventives and vaccines. I can be shy when first meeting you and new environments. Once I warm up, I am playful and affectionate. I’m good with people and dogs and love to play with my doggy friends. I will chase small animals, so I will need a home with NO CATS or other small pets. I’m crate trained and will let you know when I need my potty break. Sometimes I have accidents if we don’t have a routine or you miss my cues. I’m eager to please though and will learn our schedule quickly. I’m energetic and would love a fenced yard, dog play group, or regular long walks. A dog sibling or active people would be perfect for me. I like treats, chew toys, and a game of fetch. I am also a snuggler and love to chill with my people. I will curl up beside you on the sofa or rest at your feet while you’re working. If interested in meeting this wonderful girl, contact Julie on 919 624 0059 or [email protected]
