Prissy was one the most disgusting cases of abuse we've seen in a while. She was dumped at a shelter, in horrible condition, with instructions to "put her to sleep". Prissy is very tiny - weighs 4 lbs and has a birth defect of crooked back legs. However, that does not slow her down! She gets around very well. Prissy is one of the happiest little dogs we've seen - despite her past abuse. She wags her little tail and barks when you play with her. She is happiest, however, when being held next to your heart. Her amazing spirit will encourage and inspire you - she is an angel for sure! Only VERY SPECIAL HOMES will be considered!
