Puck

Adorable three year old Puck is coming to Tri-State because of his owner's illness. He's a wonderful basset who gets along with kids, dogs and cats. He's housetrained! His owner describes him this way:

Puck loves all. He loves the neighborhood children as well as teenagers and young adults. He is always their favorite because of his endearing personality and his funky little body. He has a true heart of gold. He has absolutely no health issues, never has ear problems, is fine for toenail cutting, etc. He has the most boisterous AHROOO and could win a contest in that regard. Puck is a very sweet but quite energetic baby boy whose front legs are quite crooked as a result of the terrible conditions of his early months before he came to me. However, it does not slow him down at all and he is quite the love bug, very fit, weighs about 50 pounds, on the smaller side.

For this reason, we ask all potential adopters to complete our application and approval process first so we can discuss the dogs that fit your home. We usually have 15 - 25 dogs available and the ages range from about a year old to ten-plus years old.
