Pumpernickel

Hey it's Pumpernickel here (Pumpkin for short) and yes I have been told how smashingly adorable I am hehe. I made the trip to Wisconsin and am looking for a place to call my own. Since being in Wisconsin I have learned to play fetch and catch Frisbees. I don't always bring them back, but love to run around with them. I love going on walks and even enjoy running with my foster dad and girl. My leash skills are good and even have learned to run along when needed. So if you need a running partner I'm game, or a nice fenced in yard to play catch, I am easy like that. When I'm lounging in the house I love chewing on antlers and hard toys. I do love the squeaking toys. Finding the squeaker is top priority! I have also conquered treat puzzle toys. They make me use my brain. The teenager girl in the home will play chase me and cuddle with me when done. When I'm not playing I love to be with my people. Cars rides with my people are the best. That way I can explore the world with you. I have been to parades and a baseball game even, yep just call me Mr. Social. Being with you is on the top of my list. I'm potty trained and go in the kennel with a little boost. I'm a young male around 1-2 years old. I do know some basic commands like sit, lay down, off and leave it. In my foster home I do have two dogs, the older one ignores me but the other one is fun we play chase thru the yard. Being younger and playful I would like a dog just as playful in the home or a home where I'm the one and only. I do love all the attention and belly rubs. I love all dogs and people I meet.
