Introducing Pyrite! Pyrite is an adorable Cattle Dog / Terrier mix puppy who is approximately 3 months old and currently weighs 19pounds. We rescued him, along with his little siblings, and mom Jewel from the La Joya shelter in south Texas, near the border of Mexico.. Mama Jewel has done a great job taking care of her kiddos and we are so happy they are here with us now. We can’t wait for them to find loving, forever homes! Pyrite is a typical happy, playful puppy. He loves everyone he meets, is very social and outgoing and has a tail that is always wagging! He has lots of fun playing with his toys and enjoys romping around the play yard exploring with his siblings. He loves getting attention and affection will make a very loving little companion. Pyrite’s mom, Jewel is a sweet dog who came to us a bit underweight. Her ideal weight will be around 40 pounds. We have no idea how big the puppies will be full grown, so we can only estimate they will be around the same size as Jewel. Pyrite is a just sweet social, cuddly little dude and we can really see him doing well growing up in just about any family environment. He would love to have a home and family to call his own! Pyrite is located at our rescue near San Antonio. He is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations/shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $375.
