Rambo (Deb-Fostered in TN)

Meet Rambo! Have you been looking for a fun dog that loves to play? Do you live near the water? Rambo is approximately 5 and a half years old, but plays like a puppy. He would be a great companion if you live near the water. He adores water! Rambo has been in rescue for four years. He was found as a stray, or I guess you could say he found us. He came to our house and just would not leave. He is a great dog and over the four years with us he has met many dogs. We have been trying to place him with his best friend Zoe, but that does not seem to be in the cards. They are like a set of bookends. They wait for the other when doing anything. It breaks our hearts to split them up. Rambo and Zoe's foster needs to place her fosters quickly so they will most likely have to say goodbye to one another. Rescue is very rewarding as well as heartbreaking. We would lower the adoption donation more if they could stay together. Rambo was treated for Heartworm back in 2020 and has been healthy and active ever since! He is always smiling and happy! He is currently 55 pounds and fit. Rambo gets along with everyone and likes other dogs who like to play! He is up to date on shots and is neutered. Rambo is currently in TN but will be transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $250 which includes a health certificate and costs for his transport north. *Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from.
