Meet Red. He was one of the dogs saved from Parsons, TN. He is a Shar Pei/Pit about 55 pounds, His Mom is Little Girl who we have up for adoption. She is a small Shepherd mix. His Dad was Bull(Shar Pei/Pit mix) who we rescued a few months ago and who was super sweet and got adopted to a great home. Now it is Red's turn. We actually rescued the rest of his litter when they were just 6 weeks old back in November of 2021 but the people who surrendered them wanted to keep him. Parsons is truly hell on earth and really was for him. He lived with an owner who made him stay in a outdoor pen alot and was verbally abusive to him. He is such a sweet dog and has so much love to give despite what all he has been through. He was with another dog part of the time so is socialized, and had a neighbor who actually gave him better care on and off so he could have some quality of life. He truly has a lot of love to give. He is currently in boarding at Ambrose Acres. We are looking for a foster home so fill free to foster him as a trial to adopt or just a foster if you want. He is truly a sweet boy!
