Rex | 2 Years-old | 52lbs Hey there, my name is Rex! I was hand selected for K9's For Warriors service dog program from Lake City Humane society in December of 2023 and passed all my initial tests with flying colors! Since arriving at K9's, I've decided I would rather be a family companion over having to work for a living. I am an enthusiastic and playful guy, always looking forward to my next fetch session! My all-time favorite thing in life is ball - I will do ANYTHING for a ball, anything! I am highly food motivated but need special treats to suit my special diet. I do adore a good sniff adventure but also really enjoy time out with dog friends that love playing chase! One important thing I’d love to find in my forever family, is a patient caring person to make sure I stay safe with having some heat sensitivity. I am crate trained, familiar with some of my basics and would love to continue learning with you today! Not to mention, I am also neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and eagerly waiting for my forever home.
