My Story

Well my friends, did you know what fun you can have in True Value Hardware? I attended an adoption event today and I had the BEST time shopping! WOW! I found such a comfy rug and their garden selection is a blast! Can you find me in the garden picture? I am RICKI - oh so fine RICKI!! LADIES, LADIES....come a little closer to your screen! This is me....Ricki! Are you looking for a shopping buddy? Then come and pick me up! I attended a recent adoption event and the volunteer took me into Tractor Supply. And boy what a fun time was had! Did you know they sell dog items in there? I found the most adorable large bed, pulled it down off the shelf, laid in it and dreamed of having my own bed! This bed was soooo comfy and just made for me! Then... I walked down and found a squeaky toy that was soooo much fun! I tossed that toy here and there - gosh was that joyful! And they sell stuffed animals by the checkout lane - the stuffed horse toy was my preference! So if you are looking for a calm, gentle girl that loves to shop...it's me! RICKI! But p.s. I LOVE to walk, walk and walk some more! This lovely girl is a 12 month (as of 10/01/2023) Lab mix. She's spayed, vaccinated and heartworm negative. She'll be about 50 lbs when grown. This girl loves everyone and every thing - including cats! She's very playful and as sweet as can be. Come on, my black dog lovers, let's get this girl out of the shelter! This reimburses the vet for the costs incurred for spaying/neutering, vaccines, and heartworm tests. We are a total 501(c) non-profit.
