Riley

Meet Riley! Riley is a 7-year-old lab boy who has the energy of a 3 year old! Riley is very friendly to anyone and everyone and is great with other dogs. He weighs about 60 lbs so he is not a huge lab! Riley would be fine with children and does not have any aggression!  Riley loves attention and loves to play.  Riley would do great in a home with kids and other dogs. 

Riley loves to play fetch, go on walks, ride in the car, and do all those fun lab things! He even likes to take showers—even when you don’t want him too!! First night in his fosters house, his foster mom pulled back the shower curtain and turned on the water. Before she knew it Riley was in the shower playing in the water.  He also loves it when his foster dad turns on the sprinklers in the back yard.  For the first few minutes the only thing that is getting watered is him .  

Riley and his other foster dog in the family (Heidi) have become the best of friends. They go and fetch toys together, then carry the toy back to their foster parents with each dog on one side of the toy. You can see them napping together in the picture. 

Riley is housebroken and does fantastic in a crate. He also knows how to use a doggie door.  He does not chew on things he is not supposed to chew on. Give Riley a kong and he is one happy boy.  Riley will need a little training since he does like to counter surf.  He will also occasionally jump up if he gets excited.   

Riley is neutered, HW-, up to date on shots, micro-chipped.  All-in-all Riley is just a big goofy, loveable and huggable boy that is ready to go to his new forever home!
