We first met Rocko over a year ago when we were called out to his home to pick him up along with is brother. The owner had some personal issues, but was able to reclaim the dogs. Unfortunately, over a year later the owner made the decision to surrender the dogs due to the same personal reasons.
Rocko is a very strong goof ball. He and his brother Rambo play very rough together. We are working on separating them to test them individually with other dogs. Rocko was kept in the house by his previous owner, but we never say for sure a dog is potty trained because we do not know for certain.
