Roosevelt is a very friendly and beautiful dog. He was abandoned or lost in a neighborhood and hung around a lady's yard for a while but she could not keep him.
We are uncertain of his age or breed as he was a stray. His teeth are clean and he appears to be fairly young, perhaps 2-4 years old.
