Rosco is an adorable rascal who just wants to have fun! This VERY good boy was found playing with some kids and just having a blast. But the kids shared that Rosco had a home at one point but was kicked out. How heartbreaking is that?!?! Rosco just shook off all the sadness and expressed an interest in moving forward onto a better life. Rosco is friendly, adorable, loving and he adores getting some good old-fashioned pettings and butt scratches. What a great, young pooch! Rosco needs adopters who are ready for a very active, busy puppy. Rosco is an eager fellow so get ready for oodles of positive trainings and frisky walks and playtime. Meet Rosco the Rascal soon!
