ROSEMARY

ROSEMARY is a 5 year old mixed breed taken in as a lost dog on 5/3/23. At intake, she was having seizures and continued to through the night, 7 in total. Immediately, we began treating Rosemary with medication. Since that day, she hasn't had any more seizures. We've begun stepping down her meds., but at this time we aren't certain if she'll need to continue taking a seizure medication or not. Additionally, she tested positive for both Lyme, which she's being treated for, and heart worm disease, which we will need to treat. Remain calm and don't worry, because Rosemary isn't worried. She's calm, quiet, gentle and sweet. Rosemary has a good demeanor, is a great walker, knows sit, is attentive to her companions, likes treats and takes them gently. She's simply amazing!! Her adoption fee is $150 and helps cover the cost of her spay, vaccinations, worming, monthly heart worm and flea preventive, microchip and care while at CCHS. Her adoption fee does not cover the cost of any of her additional medical care, like the meds. for her seizures, Lyme disease or heart worm treatment.
