Rosie came into NYCACC as a stray with two weaned puppies. There was no history of her sadly, so we have no idea how she ended up in the shelter. Everyone was separated and adopted out, including Rosie. But unfortunately, she was returned due to someone in the family having allergies. Thankfully though, Rosie was rescued after being returned, and she is still waiting for her forever family to find her. Rosie is a very sweet girl who takes a second to warm but, but once she does, she looks for attention and affection. Rosie loves to play, she walks well on leash, and knows a few basic commands. She seems to prefer to stay away from other dogs, so if you are looking to spoil just one princess, Rosie is definitely your girl! We hate that Rosie is still without a forever home and we know whoever picks her is going to feel like they hit the jackpot.
